Vltor vs Magpul
We just received word that Vltor has filed a patent infringement suit against Magpul. The suit alleges that the Magpul ACS Stock infringes on Vltor’s patent of different features of the Vltor Modstock. It will be interesting to see how this one plays out, but from the documentation it appears pretty clearly that the ACS is in violation of patent law.
